Great deal and location close to public transport and the city center, and breakfast included a variety of dishes that changed daily. The onsen on the top floor was a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing.
The rooms were much smaller than expected, making it difficult to move around freely, and the beds were incredibly hard, making it a challenge to sleep comfortably. The staff's limited English skills made communication somewhat difficult at times.

Great spot for partygoers & midnight snackers in town for the new year celebrations. The hotel was located close to the lively nightlife and all-night convenience stores offering traditional Japanese snacks, drinks and plenty of souvenirs. The indoor public bath was a soothing experience, with a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and get rid of the hangover from the night before.
Room was tiny, with nowhere to put your luggage/belongings. Despite being clean, the room smelled of smoke, which gave us a headache. The bed was uncomfortably hard which didn't help with my already pounding head. The staff knew little or no English, which made checking in and out a confusing experience. The complimentary breakfast was mainly Japanese-style dishes with only limited Western options, making it tough to find something palatable to start the day.

We loved this hotel! It was clean and had great facilities, including a mini onsen which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The location was ideal, very close to the city centre and public transportation. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options, including meat-free choices. The staff was also very helpful during our stay.
All was good.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a budget stay in a central location. It's conveniently located near a bus terminal and within walking distance to the city center and Kokusai Dori. The rooms are clean, tidy, and equipped with all necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi and appliances. High-quality service, delicious Japanese breakfast, and indoor onsen make this hotel stand out.
Be aware that some beds may be too hard or uncomfortable for sleeping, which can detract from the overall comfort of the stay.
